Seville Orange
Marmalade
With Cointreau and Coriander
Seville Orange (Citrus aurantium) is a tart orange native to Vietnam and now grown throughout the Mediterranean region.
Marmalade is a sweet preserve with a bitter tang. It is most often eaten on toasted bread as part of a full English breakfast.
Try Seville Orange Marmalade with dark chocolate ice cream.
1. For baked meats: spread over any meat and let stand for 2 hours. Bake covered, uncover during the last 10 minutes.
2. For BBQ: use the rub as a glaze on BBQ
meat just a minute or so before it is done.
3. Sandwich spread: this sauce can be eaten raw on sandwiches, or spread on crackers with cheese.
4. Salad Dressing: in a small jar combine 1 Tlbs of Honey Spice Rub, 1 Tlbs Balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp dijon style mustard and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Close jar and shake until the honey has completely disolved in the oil.
How to use Honey Spice Rub

The word chutney comes from the Indian chatni
and is a term for a variety of sweet and
spicy condiments originally from South Asia.
Chutneys are made with fresh vegetables
or fruit, exotic spices, onion and garlic.
Beginning in the 1600s, chutneys were shipped
to European countries as luxury goods.
Chutney is served with cheese, chicken, pork, beef and fish.
