All rooms have individual verandas and outdoor seating areas. Guesthouses consist of upstairs Studio and ground level Double room. Houses can be rented as a whole or each floor individually.

Information for winter travelers:
Our property is uniquely located on a small protected plateau near the port with one of the warmest micro climates on Kea during the winter season.
Double rooms are very comfortable when the outdoor seating areas can be used but probably too small for rainy days. They have comfortable memory foam mattresses on wooden platforms, contemporary bathrooms with open shower stalls, and fully equipped corners for preparing coffee. tea and cold snacks. Each double room has a private flower garden and veranda with enclosed seating area bordering our olive grove.

All rooms have private entrances when rented separately, interior stairways have doors both up and down and are only open when an entire house is rented.
For colder and wetter weather and for those who want more space, we have 3 Studios, all with fireplaces. Studios are large open plan rooms with corner wooden platform beds, same amazing mattresses and pillows, built in seating areas, fully equipped kitchenette for preparing stove top meals. Our largest Studio, Stone Cottage, has a full kitchen with stove and oven. Studio prices include all the firewood you want, daily housekeeping, free Internet access and full linen change every 4th day. We provide beach towels, baby cots and extra linen for each Studio when the built in child's bed (narrow single) is used. All Studios and double rooms have refrigerators.

The Red Tractor Farm is less than 10 minutes walk from the port waterfront of Korissia where shops, cafes, tavernas, and bakeries are located. Our peaceful property is only 150m from the port beach and 450m from Yaliskari beach.
